Refunds

We can not accept personalised items back unless they are faulty.

• Please note there is a wide variation in how the memory bear turns out. This is due to the many different kind of fabrics we receive and the final result may not look like our example pictures on the product pages.
• If you change your mind at any time before I commence work on your order and after you have posted your clothing to me , please let me know as soon as possible. I can offer a full refund (excluding postage cost). One I have commenced work on your keepsake unfortunately no refund can be given.
• Non personalised items can be returned in their original condition within 7 days of delivery. We can either replace or refund the goods. Return postage is the responsibility of purchaser and it is recommended to obtain proof of postage.

Payment terms

• All items must be paid in full before I can start work on your keepsake.
• We may consider special requests for payment by bank transfer or cash on delivery if local to my home. Please email us to discuss your requirements.
• For large orders we may consider payment in instalments to suit your needs . We offer Klarna and Paypal pay in 3 as standard – but we can offer more instalments if needed . Your completed keepsake will only be dispatched once the final payment has bee

Shipping returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
